To connect and access to your data, you just have to fill your LOGIN and PASSWORD on your right, then click on “valid” button.

That means lower-case and upper-case are different for the system. User is different from user or USER.
Factories' representatives can access only their own data for their own factories.
It is mainly the CAP. It is accessible by the main chart by clicking on the word “Here” in the matching line.
The CAP chart is made up of both text part and input area. The text contains all the information, and you are expected to fill the input area with information requested by your customer. You have to fill in the necessary data. You can fill the date by selecting one day in the calendar you can open by clicking on the icon. This date is the one you intend to have solved this specific problem. Thus it should be filled from the beginning. You have to validate the form by clicking on “validate” button at the top of the form. If not, all your changes will be lost. The validation also sent an email to your customer to inform him of your involvement and progress.
The system sends reminder automatically. These reminders are generated from your actions and the choice/validation of your customers. They are sent as long as the customer doesn't suspend it.
