From its earliest stage, WethicA ® aims to participate in working condition improvement in developing countries. We choose the progress way instead of the one of the break.
So, all WethicA ®’s activities promote continuous improvement based on pragmatic approach. Actually, improving needs that real actual situation is taken into account, with its strengths and weaknesses. To reach sustainable improvement it is also necessary to maintain a global vision even if we act locally. Thus the factory must be taken into account with its context, especially about its competitors’ situation.
Thus, WethicA ®’s Approach is pragmatic and focuses on continuous improvement of factories by situating them in their context and by defining goals matching with the needs and capacity of the factories.
